Time To Go To Sleep Early
What time do you go to sleep? I asked several friends with this question. 11:30 pm, 12:00pm, 00:30 am or 1:00am, different people have different reply, and we could find the common: it is late and it is very tired second day.
I have slept early these days,and i find it is so beautiful. The body is relax, the brain is clear, and the working state is so great.
And i find you can work or study more efficiently if you have enough sleep, so i advice you to go to sleep early if you can .
People think it's the same as long as they have 8 or 9 hours sleep disregarding which time they go to sleep and wake up. it's not true. If you sleep between 12pm to 9am. You are actually hurting your liver and gallbladder by sleeping too late(after 10am), you are also hurting your kidney by waking up too late(after 7am). You are also hurting your stomach by eating too late(after 8am). So it's not a good deal at all though you are spending the same amout of time for sleeping.
