It’s my pursuit that one day I could work in foreign enterprise, and in June of this year, I started my foreign enterprise career.
In private company,I was advocating personality, express happy or angry on my face, prefer phoning to email, and always kidding with colleagues, we were glad to work with each other, once the people whose work was not so good, I will tell him and suggest what he or she should do, most of my colleagues are male, they would like to know their shortcomings.
But now,I am in foreign enterprise,I was so low-keyed,for people work around, they’re self- protective, and departments’relationship is so delicate.And the work I do is only according to the title’s description, limited but strictly.I am not sure whether I’m correct, but at least, I could learn that the culture and work divide is totally different.
Respect your boss,anything she or he want you to do is reasonable, no refuse or excuse to her or his suggestion or plan, unlike the private car, you could post your own view, and if it seems possible, it will be adopted in the end, but in foreign enterprise,it’s impossible, maybe different enterprise own different culture and mechanism, it’s up to your boss, so respect boss.
